Four men arrested in Beach Haven after trying to coerce two women into having intercourse with them

Four men were arrested at the Engleside Inn in Beach Haven around 4 a.m. Thursday, May 28, after Yasir Fahny, 20, of Flemington told two women they could not leave the hotel room until they had sex with him and the three other males.

The incident took place at the Engleside Inn.
According to a press release sent out today by the Beach Haven Police Department, Fahny also took out a gun and showed it to the women. The women then locked themselves in the bathroom and called police.
Officers Andrew Wahlberg and Thomas Daly responded to the scene. The women ran out of the room after the officers announced their presence.
While officers found gun packaging in one of the vehicles driven by the men, the men claimed they did not have a gun. During questioning at the station, however, one of the males told officers the gun had been thrown on the roof. After returning to the inn, Wahlberg found a black airsoft pistol in a holster in a gutter above the room the men were staying in.
Police Capt. Matt Greenwood said alcohol was involved in the incident. The women also told police there were drugs in the room, but none were found.
Fahny was charged with criminal restraint, hindering apprehension, tampering with evidence and aggravated assault. He was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
David DiLauro, 21, of Ringoes and Marshall Pavelko, 20, of Hopewell were both charged with disorderly conduct. Because the fourth individual was unconscious and allegedly drunk in a chair when the incident occurred, he was not charged with any wrongdoing.

Officers were assisted in the investigation by Lt. James Markoski.
